Dragon & Phoenix Group I - 龍翔鳳舞

A group of empty-nest young hearts meet every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sunday evening regularly at GBCCA for the last nine years. They try hard to follow their teacher, Choreographer Chu Ling's beautiful movements in floor exercises and modern or classical dances. Their main goal is to stay healthy and fit by developing the habit of regularly exercise. They have enjoyed each other's company and friendship tremendously.

在過去的九年裏，我們這群人老心不老的空巣族，每月三次(二、三、四個週日)齊聚一堂，在褚玲老師的指導下，勤做運動舒活筋骨，婦唱夫隨抓住青春舞出活力。多年的同學建立起豐厚的友情，期盼著每個上課的日子。來！讓我們大家一起來！做運動保健康。
